I run a website http://steverombom.info that makes reference to Gary Kurtz and contains material alleging that he is guilty of wrong doing. As a result I have been contacted by several people who claimed to have been wronged by him. I received the attached letter at my Post Office Box. The stamp was covered with scotch tape so I could not determine the postmark. I have attached a copy of the letter to this complaint.

Some time ago I brought a slander and libel action against Alan Jules Weberman, a convicted felon, a drug dealer and a money-launderer- also known as "AJ Weberman", "Daniel Ben-Tzion" and "Ben-Tzion Daniel" - after he began posting bizarre and defamatory statements about me on the Internet, including claims that I was a sexual deviate and that I had bribed a judge. Weberman had been engaged in a earlier campaign of cyber-harrassment, slander and libel against a friend and professional colleague of mine, Steven Rambam. Mr. Rambam, a legendary private investigator and social activist, had been hired to locate and serve papers upon Weberman's friend and housemate at the time (also a convicted criminal) named "Mordechai Levy". When Mr. Rambam arrived at Weberman's home, Levy grabbed an assault rifle and, from Weberman's rooftop, began firing into a busy Manhattan street in Mr. Rambam's direction.

Mordechai Levy arrested for shooting (Mordechai Levy under arrest by NYPD SWAT after allegedly shooting at Steven Rambam) Levy's shooting wounded an innocent bystander (a 69 year old construction worker), who was evacuated under fire by Mr. Rambam and another Investigator. Levy then barricaded himself in Weberman's residence. After being arrested by an NYPD "Emergency Services" (SWAT) unit, Levy was charged with Steven Rambam's attempted murder and other crimes, convicted of Assault 1st Degree and sentenced to New York State prison. Following Levy's release from prison, he and Weberman established a series of websites designed to slander and defame Steven Rambam, and to damage Mr. Rambam's reputation as a Private Investigator. Steve was not alone that day when he came to kill Morty. He was with Irv Rubin who was subsequently arrested for plotting to blow up a mosque and the office of Congressman Darryl Issa. Rubin committed suicide in prison rather than testify against those who killed terrorist Alex Odeh, I will say that for Irv.

Among the many truly bizarre - and equally false - statements on those websites was that Mr. Rambam's father was a Mafia member, that Mr. Rambam's mother was a prostitute, and that Mr. Rambam was mentally ill, a "terrorist" and that he "secretly loved Nazis". (Mr. Rambam's father was a government employee, his mother a teacher, Mr. Rambam has no history of mental illness nor any criminal convictions and Mr. Rambam was in fact for a period of 4 years a Nazi-hunter who located nearly 200 accused Nazi collaborators.) Eventually, Mr. Rambam was forced to sue Weberman and Levy to maintain his professional reputation. After a jury trial (demanded by Weberman and Levy), Mr. Rambam of course prevailed and obtained a judgment of $850,000, which is now worth in excess of $1,000,000.00 (One Million Dollars).

The Rombom's mother was a prostitute and father was a gangster and he was adopted story originated with Rombom. Now I know every word that comes out of Rombom's mouth is a lie. The true story according to Rombom's former attorney is that when they brought Mrs. Rombom her child she said, "This is not my baby." The mental illness charge and criminal convictions are all documented on stevenrombom.com . The judge in this trial, the late Judge Jones, was not really have a judge having purchased his judgeship from his law partner, Clarence Norman now in the clink for selling judgeships. But that is Brooklyn for you!

Because of Levy's and Weberman's connections to California, Mr. Rambam retained my office to enter his New York judgment here and to seize assets located in California. When I entered Mr. Rambam's judgment in Los Angeles County and began the process to seize websites owned by Weberman that were hosted in Santa Monica, Weberman began posting similar websites about me, containing equally ridiculous and slanderous statements. This included a website claiming that I had bribed a judge in order to more efficiently enforce Mr. Rambam's judgment in California. I of course immediately sued Weberman, and I obtained a judgment in the amount of $1.5 Million Dollars. Mr. Rambam and I are now both independently, and very actively, pursuing Weberman to collect our separate judgments. Mr. Rambam is also pursuing Levy and a third debtor, the so-called "Jewish Defense Organization". Weberman's last known address is at 345 East 94th Street, NY, NY, where he may, or may not, currently reside with his wife, and his daughter.In a recent judgment-debtor deposition, Weberman claimed that a primary source of his income is the so-called "Jewish Defense Organization", which he controls.

You can see what a lowlife Kurtz is for bringing my family and Levy's family into this. Now I am faced with a moral dilemma. Should I bring his family into the picture or should I act in manly fashion and leave them out of this? They are not part of this in anyway. See what scum Kurtz is!

Levy's last known address is XXXX Nostrand Avenue, Apt. XXX, Brooklyn, NY, where he may, or may not, currently reside with his wife, XXX and a young boy, possibly his son. When recently deposed, Levy claimed to have no income. If any viewer of this site has knowledge of the current assets, employment or activities of either of the two judgment-debtors, A.J. Weberman and "Mordechai Levy", I ask that you assist Steven Rambam and me in seeing justice done by providing that information to one or both of us. Mr. Rambam's New York attorneys are actively pursuing collection activities, and are using judicial process to formally question Weberman again in the very near future. The questioning will be recorded by a court reporter. You have to be crazy to hire Kurtz as your attorney. He can't even prevail against a pro se defendant in another State without the help of corrupt judges like Michael Harwin, James Kaddo and Lisa Hart Cole. I believe he entered a Certificate of Service from another case into the docket sheet of this case and got a default judgment. The next hearing in this case is set for May 2013 giving me plenty of time to file Motions For Sanctions. Kurtz is despicable. He deliberately mails Motions to wrong addresses that are one digit off. He never sent me a copy of the ruling - ENOM sent it.

KURTZ SUES YIPPIE DAVID BERNIS WHO LETS ME USE URLs GRATIS

This website caused Kurtz to loose another big client in July 2011 so he is trying to get the URL's my friend lets me use seized from him at first without suing said third party. This degenerate sex-addict reprobate wanted to subvert the very essence of American jurisprudence by seizing these URL leases from Dave Bernis without due process of law. Due process of law means papers have to served on Bernis as the property is his. This human canker sore claimed he could not determine who the URLs were registered to so he named them as John Does making it impossible for them to be served and circumventing due process. His partner in crime and debauchery, Steve Rombom, is supposed to be an Internet sleuth. Rombom submitted a declaration in this action. No mention of the logical move of going to INTERNIC WHOIS and looking for the registrants of these URLs in the Declaration. Based on Rombom's false declaration that he could not locate the owner of the URLs Kurtz was able to convince a judge to issue an order stopping me from transfering these websites. But the sites are not in my control. So ENOM notified Bernis about the court order which issued after an ex parte session. Kurtz claimed it had to be ex parte as I would register the sites outside the US if I found out about his complaint. But even if I did that they would still have to go through ENOM who has a monoloply on URLs in the United States. I filed a Motion for Summary Judgment but did not file it in time so it was denied. It did cause Kurtz to file 2 amended complaints naming Bernis as a co-def. Kurtz never mailed me a copy of either and after ordered to by Judge Huey Cotton he sent me one with a certificate of service dated in April proving he never mailed me the amended complaint. How could I have answered it if I have not received it.

KURTZ v WEBERMAN

Kurtz was supposed to send me a copy of this order but of course he did not. This is going to be some trial. In order to prove that Kurtz's real intent is to seize my friend's URLs that I publish on so that I cannot expose his perversions I intend to subpeona all the prostitutes he hires to tie him up in his bondage schtick. They are easy enough to locate. I just have to do a little Hollywood garbology and I will have press coverage of the trial. Kurtz expected a Default Judgment as Judge Kaddo issued. Kaddo issued a 1.5 million dollar judgment againt me based on a technical error - I forgot to set a date for a hearing on my motion. One would think he would have given me some leeway as a pro-se defendant but he was out to hang me. I also intend to subpeona a "Starr" witness.
